Feature Updates
- Email completed course certificates (CSL-27008)
Administrators can now email a completed course certificate directly from the User Details page. The recipient address can be changed, and the administrator can optionally receive a copy. - Expanded User search options by Employee ID (CSL-27077)
Administrators can now search the Users Dashboard by Employee ID or by entering a learner’s first and last name in the natural “First Last” format.
Bug Fixes
- Support for hyphens in email addresses (CSL-27076)
Fixed an issue that prevented administrators from adding users whose valid email addresses include hyphens.

- User Detail - Updated Course History tables (CSL-27019)
The Active and Archived Course History tables in User Details have been enhanced with column sorting and the ability to search by course name. - Duplicate email detection during bulk User import (CSL-26750)
When an imported email address is already associated with an active account, administrators now receive a confirmation prompt before proceeding. - Clearer confirmation when removing courses from a group (CSL-26713)
The confirmation page now includes a description on how removing a course from a Course Group affects assigned users and courses in Not Started, In Progress, and Completed statuses.
Bug Fixes
- Deleted reassigned courses remain removed (CSL-26595)
Fixed an issue where a deleted, reassigned individual course could reappear in Assigned Courses after the User Details page was refreshed.

Bug Fixes
- Add User: Issue with numbers in email domains (CSL-26880)
Fixed an issue that incorrectly rejected valid email addresses containing a number in the domain, such as user@4example.com. - Reset Last Access Date after course reassignment (CSL-26831)
Reassigned courses now show a blank Last Access Date until the learner launches the new course attempt.

Email addresses are now required when Adding a user, providing a consistent email requirement across user management. - Clearer bulk User import validation (CSL-26828)
Bulk user imports now identify missing or modified template column headers with a specific validation message instead of a generic error. - Course assignment requires an explicit selection (CSL-26690)
The Course Assignment flow no longer preselects Assignment. Administrators must choose Assignment or Re-assignment before continuing.
Bug Fixes
- Support for valid characters and spaces in names (CSL-26817)
First and last names now support apostrophes, periods, hyphens, and spaces without incorrectly rejecting or removing valid characters. - Support for periods in names during bulk User import (CSL-26752)
Fixed an issue that caused bulk user imports to fail when a first or last name contained a period.

The Users Dashboard now returns the correct results when administrators select more than one category filter. - Assigned Date moved before Start Date (CSL-26054)
The Assigned Date column now appears before Start Date and Completion Date in User Dashboard and User Details tables to better reflect course progression.
Bug Fixes
- Clear a selected assignment date (CSL-26103)
Administrators can now clear the Choose a Date field in the course assignment flow and return it to an empty state. - Manager Category closes without false warnings (CSL-26082)
Fixed an issue where opening and closing the Manager Category without making changes could activate the category or display an unnecessary unsaved-changes warning.

Fixed an issue where a course could show a Last Accessed Date and progress while the Start Date remained blank and the status remained Not Started. - Course Group filters support commas (CSL-26442)
Fixed an issue where the User Dashboard Course Group filter returned no results when the Course Group name contained a comma.

A loading animation now appears while bulk course assignments or reassignments are processing, providing clear feedback during longer operations. - User count and confirmation for All Users assignments (CSL-26094)
The course assignment flow now displays the number of users included when All Users is selected and provides an additional confirmation step before assignment.

Quick filter chips were redesigned to make active Status filters (Not Started, In Progress, etc.) easier to identify when selections are applied. - Selected user count in Bulk Deactivate (CSL-26091)
The Bulk Deactivate confirmation now displays the number of selected users and uses an updated modal layout for better visibility. - Improved phone validation when adding users (CSL-26062)
The Add User process now handles invalid phone numbers without creating incomplete user records that remain inaccessible from the dashboard.

Bug Fixes
- Course Group pages remain open after refresh (CSL-25755)
Refreshing the browser while viewing or creating a Course Group now reloads the current page instead of redirecting to the Dashboard.
