ClickSafety is able, with your permission, to remotely view your computer screen using a program called Bomgar.

If you need remote support, please contact us first and then, when prompted, visit support.ascendlearning.com to download an run the Bomgar software.

Bomgar will allow us to view your screen and to a limited extend control it but will not give us access to any sensitive information, and you can disconnect it at any time.
