User names and passcodes are created during the chekcout/registration process. If you have not used clicksafety before, you will not have a user name and passcode.
During the checkout process, you will be asked if you have been to ClickSafety.com before. Selecting 'no' should give you a form that asks you to enter your first name, last name, email address and choose a four digit password. (We recommend using the last 4 digits of your social security number or other unique code and strongly recommend against using simple codes like 1234, 1111, 2016, etc)
If you do not see this form when you select 'no', it is likely that you are using Internet Explorer 11 (IE). Using any other browser will allow the form to display.
Or, you can set IE 11 to display in Compatibility mode. You can do so by following these steps:
1.With Internet Explorer open, Hold the "ALT" key and tap "t"
2.From the Tools menu that opens, click "Compatibility View Settings" halfway down the list.
3.On the Compatibility View Settings panel, locate the small while box at the top. Make sure it says "clicksafety.com". Then click "Add"
4. Click "Close" at the bottom of the panel.
Refresh the page, and the form to create an account should load.
A user name will be generated at the end of the checkout/registration process based on your first initial and last name.
Note: If the course was purchased for you by someone else, they may have registered your name already. Check with them to see if they received a user name and passcode under your name.
