There are several reasons a course, when accessed, will not advance.
- Make sure you have forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the screen. If not, your browser is zoomed in too much. Click on the left side of the screen, outside of the text. Then hold the Ctrl key and tap the minus (-) key twice. You should see the arrows at the bottom of the page.
- Your connection may have failed. You must have an active connection to our server for content to load. Even a momentary drop in connection that you would otherwise never notice on a static website can sever that connection. This is especially likely if you are using Internet explorer on a wireless connection. The options in this case are to clear your history and cache and restart the browser, try to connect to a wired connection and switch to a different browser. Instructions for clearing the data on your browser can be found here : http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
-There may be an interactive item on screen that has not been clicked yet. All extra tabs, like Safety tips, pdfs and weblinks must be clicked. Also, many of our slides are interactive. When you open a safety tip, be sure to close it as it may be a multi section slide. If you are asked to select a correct answer on a slide (not an exam), click every answer available. Some pictures may ask you to identify problem areas, etc.
- Your browser may be zoomed out too much, causing some clickable tabs to be hidden. Click on the left side of the screen, outside of the text. Then Hold the Ctrl key and tap the plus (+) key twice. You should see the arrows at the bottom of the page.
Verify that all of those conditions are met. If the problem persists, call support at 1.800.971.1080 x2 or send an email to support@clicksafety.com
