OSHA courses allow three attempts to pass an exam. You must score at least 70% to pass an exam.
If you receive a failing grade three times on any one exam, it is considered failure from the course.
At that point you will not be able to continue and a new course must be registered and started from the beginning.
If an exam attempt is lost because of a dropped connection, and no score is recorded, we can reset that attempt. We cannot, under any circumstances, reset a failed grade.
If you fail an exam once or twice, DO NOT REFRESH THE PAGE. Instead, return to your control panel, scroll down to the last module you completed and review the material before making your next attempt at the exam.
Note: You have up to three attempts on EACH exam. If you pass an exam on the first, second or third attempt, the slate is wiped clean and you have another three chances at the next exam, etc.
